Sheerwater arrived in Jersey with changes to the line up due to Idris Gbadamosi unavailable and Jack Tomlinson on his 18th birthday week-end. Also Sheers had to make a change to the team with Harvey Valter pulling a hamstring in the warm up and was replaced by Brooklyn Hyseni.
The Sheers pressed in the first minute after a long ball up to Kareem Foster that James Carr defended well. In reply the Bulls almost scored on 3 minutes after a Bulls attack the home side retained the ball on the edge of the Sheers area that the ball was then played into No2 Harry Curtis who hit a thunderous shot to the Sheers goal that the Sheers keeper Fabio Suarez went full stretch to turn the ball out for a corner. 6 minutes the Bulls corner is taken cleanly by Suarez. 7 minutes Sheers Hyseni hits a shot from 2o yards that is fairly saved comfortably by Euen Van Der Vliet. 8 minutes the Bulls no 7 clashes on his advance with the Sheers keeper and the loose ball is cleared away by Callum Mackie. The Bulls probing the Sheers backline with their pass through comes to nothing. On 12 minutes Sheers York hits his shot high & wide of the Bulls target. 17 minutes a long Sheers pass out to Foster favours the Bulls defender with the bounce and the threat has gone. The Bulls open the scoring on 22 minutes as their probing the Sheers defence comes off despite the desperate Suarez at the feet of the Bulls player and the loose ball is scored by Joe Kilshaw. 25 minutes the Sheers keeper Suarez is down to save a decent cross coming into the danger zone. 25 minutes from a Sheers throw the acrobatically Mekhail McLaughlin’s overhead kick loops over the Bulls cross bar. 31 minutes a long high punt from the Sheers has the Bulls keeper out of his area to try and trap the ball that he’s luckily able to clear with the presence of Sheers York quickly onto the situation. For the next 10 minutes the Bulls keep control of the ball and the Sheers have to work hard to keep the Bulls out.
On 45 minutes Sheers Kareem Foster is fouled on the right edge of the Bulls area. Sheers take a short kick to Roje Grant who powers his shot that gets deflected that takes the sting out of the shot and Van Der Vlet saves comfortably. Half Time 1-0 to the Bulls.
Sheers open the half with a long throw from York that George Mackie follows up to shoot but his effort is charged down by the Bulls defender.
52 Minutes Brooklyn Hyseni beats his man but his cross is blocked by the Bulls defence. 53 minutes Sheers George Mackie delivers a pass that York’s thunderbolt goes wide. 56 minutes Kareem Foster for the Sheers takes a punt from 20 yards that sails over the Bulls bar. The Mood has swung to the Sheers who are now holding onto the ball for longer periods.
On 57 minutes Fabio Suarez is alert to the Bulls threat to take hold of the ball. 62 minutes again Fabio Suarez is down at the feet of the Bulls player to claim the ball. 63 minutes York sends a through pass to Foster who shoots wide of the post. 64 minutes Brooklyn Hyseni goes on run and passes 3 Bulls players that causes concerns in the Bulls defence. 64 minutes a Sheers corner is over hit. 70 minutes a long York throw continues into an attack from Hyseni who is thwarted by the Bulls defender. Sheers make their substitutions Hyseni makes way for Byron Mitchell on 75 minutes and on 82 minutes Josh Ono comes on for Dylan Martins. Good defending from The Sheers with Jake Horn & Roje Grant keeping the Bulls at bay. On 86 minutes the Bulls no10 Toby Ritzema is allowed to drift along the area for him to strike the ball that hits the post and goes to safety. 88 minutes The Sheers win a corner and the Bulls concede another corner as the tension notches up. 92 minutes, Sheers Byron Mitchell is taken out by Luke Campbell who was setting his sights on advancing towards the Bulls area. 93 minutes a Sheers free kick was delivered into the Bulls area that is headed onto Callum Mackie who shoots wide of the target. 92 minutes the Bulls keeper takes a caution for time wasting.

Jersey Bulls take the 3 points in the first half to keep their drive towards the title going.
The Sheers put in a decent performance and a good display in the second half that could have got them an equaliser they deserved.
